Rooms are available for booking 9am-4pm, including setting up and clearing down time. It

may, on some occasions, be possible to extend this until 5pm.

The room can accommodate a maximum of 40 people seated and 79 people standing, including children and babies. The room is 9.65m wide and 7.6m long.

£20 per hour. If the hire time is exceeded by 30 minutes or more, before or after your booking time, an additional charge will be applied.

Full payment is required within five working days of booking. Payments should be made by BACS.

If you cancel your booking more than four weeks before your meeting or event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking less that four weeks before, you will not receive a refund.

The Woodgate Hub is run by St Catherine's Hospice. All profit generated from the Hub goes to the hospice so we can continue providing specialist end of life care across West Sussex and East Surrey. To find out more about St Catherine's, visit the hospice website.

Yes. We are unable to cater for any events in the Hub, but food can be purchased from the café.

The use of kettles, microwaves or other electrical appliances is not permitted. No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

No, but you are welcome to bring your own. We ask that you are respectful with the volume to avoid disturbing customers of the café and the residents who live above the Hub.

Yes, however if the room is left unoccupied the Woodgate Hub and St Catherine's Hospice will take no responsibility for property. Doors must be closed and locked after the event.

Yes, but please use the windows only. Please do not stick anything on the walls.

We have tables and chairs available, which is included in the room hire.

No, but soft play equipment is permitted.

You will need to return the room to how you found it, within your booking time. A dustpan, brush, and vacuum are available for your use, as well as a mop. Please bring your own black sacks for rubbish.
